Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Klockwerk uses cookies on this website and how you can control which cookies are stored on your device. We keep cookie use to a minimum — this is a workshop website, not a data platform.

What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your preferences or whether you have accepted the cookie notice — so you do not need to make the same choices again on your next visit.
Cookies do not contain personal information on their own, but they can be linked to other information that identifies you. Some cookies are placed directly by Klockwerk; others are placed by third-party services we use, such as analytics tools.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the website to function. They cannot be switched off. They are set in response to your actions — such as accepting or declining the cookie notice — and do not track you across other sites.
Examples: cookieConsent (stores your cookie preference, expires in 12 months)
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where visitors come from. This information is used in aggregate form and does not identify individual visitors. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
Examples: _ga, _gid (Google Analytics, expires in 1–2 years)
Marketing Cookies
These cookies are used to track visitors across websites for the purpose of displaying relevant advertising. They may be set by advertising networks with the website owner's permission.
Examples: _fbp (Meta Pixel, if active), advertising network identifiers
Preference Cookies
These cookies allow the website to remember choices you have made — such as your language or region — so your experience feels consistent across visits.
Examples: Display settings, previously selected options
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this website are placed by third-party services. These services have their own privacy policies which govern how they use the data collected. Third-party cookies used or potentially used on this site include:
- —Google Analytics — website usage statistics (analytics.google.com)
- —Meta Pixel — advertising tracking, if configured (facebook.com)
- —Google Ads — conversion tracking, if configured (google.com)
Klockwerk does not sell or share data collected through cookies with unrelated third parties.
Cookie Duration
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. They are used to maintain continuity during a single visit.
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period after you leave the site. Typical durations range from 30 days for preference cookies to 2 years for analytics identifiers. The exact duration for each cookie is noted where possible in Section 02 above.
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls below to manage which optional cookies you allow. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the website to function. Your choice is saved to your browser and will be remembered on future visits.
